The Last Time a Technology Shifted This Fast, Most People Missed It.

In the early days of SEO, a small group of practitioners understood what was coming before everyone else did. I was in that group. I focused on white hat strategy and real content driving real conversions, building a 25-year career working with the world's largest brands and speaking at conferences on five continents.

Now I'm watching the same inflection point arrive again, this time in AI agents. I've built an AI-powered chief of staff for my own business, a system of named sub-agents handling research, content, outreach, and lead generation around the clock. The Equitymind Advisory Model

I don't just advise. I embed. Here's the model I run across my portfolio companies:

① Engage & Join I join as a senior advisor or temporary C-level executive (Cofounder, President, COO) until I can find the right permanent fit.
② Network Scan I scan my network to identify who I know that can move the needle: advisors with complementary skills, domain experts, strategic partners.
③ Build the Team I broker additional advisory board members, or senior leadership and C-level executive placements, who bring new strategies, networks, or credibility that improves the company's trajectory.
④ Raise Capital I work on raising seed or pre-seed capital to get the company launched and to its first milestone, leveraging my investor network and the credibility the advisory board provides.
⑤ First Clients & Partners I make introductions to the company's first significant paying clients or strategic partners, often the relationships that prove the business model.
⑥ Scale & Raise Again With traction established, I bring in a domain expert who may replace my operational role, and we go raise an extended seed or Series A with proof points in hand.
